About Sibanye Dynamics
These Terms govern your use of the website and related online services operated by Sibanye Dynamics (Registration: 2019/344475/07) ("Sibanye Dynamics", "we", "us" or "our").
We provide short-term funding solutions to qualifying clients in South Africa, subject to affordability assessment and the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
Eligibility
To apply for our products or create an account, you must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You confirm that information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

Interest, fees and charges are disclosed in the quotation and credit agreement and are subject to the National Credit Act and National Credit Regulator requirements. Please read those documents carefully before accepting any offer.
Quotes and calculators
Loan calculators, illustrative quotes and similar tools on the website are estimates only. Final amounts, instalments, fees and repayment terms depend on your approved application and the signed credit agreement.
Your account credentials
If you register for an online account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Privacy
